I enjoyed reading your article about water and weight loss, but the "Post a Comment" link did not work, so forgive me for posting the comment here.

This is a very interesting article, indeed. I have an overweight friend who has a huge appetite. He has noticed that drinking water before the meals curves his appetite significantly.

So, basically, if I could sum up the points of this article, drinking water helps you lose weight because it
1. Occupies space in your stomach
2. It suppresses appetite
3. It replaces sugary sodas
4. It increases metabolism

This is great!

The ARRA Stimulus is going to go down as a great idea with terrible results. We had a chance to do something powerful when it comes to Energy and our dependance on fossil fuels. Sorry to have to state the obvious but when will our Country get it? This is all about protecting our beloved Old Oil Money. The USA does not want to rid itself of oil spending and investing. Sad legacy for this town to deal with. On top of this sad episode they now have a fued going on with the Morgan Hill Football coach and his coaches in the papers. Is this towns High School out of control? Where is the leadership? Should they be looked at for their ability to run/manage a high school program? Sounds to me like the Super needs to buckle up and take some names down to replace and replace them fast.

To the parents of these lovely Morgan Hill High School brats we thank you for being so Adult like and raising such fine outstanding kids. What a bunch of punks they are. Cowards. Lets see them wear those clothes every day if they are SO PATRIOTIC. Liars in Morgan Hill. That's what these kids and their Parents are. They lie to themselves and to the world who sadly have to put up with this.

To the good families of Morgan Hill we say thank you. We know this town is not a bad town but you clearly have four bad seeds and every town has this to deal with just sorry to see you have to deal with them sup publicly.

When you look at what these kids and their Parents did to promote their own Agenda's its sad. The town did not deserve this at all let alone the country. These two Mom's we saw on tv and the one father that I recall can't look themselves in the Mirror and say that their Morgan Hill patriotic child woke up on Cinco de Mayo and decided to wear the American Flag and colors of the USA on this one day specifically and had no intentions to upset others celebrating their own heritage. Come on people.

Morgan Hill now has the distinction of being Non Patriotic which is just not true. This town is very Patriotic but also harbors a very immature group of Four Kids and set of parents who are out for their own celebrity. I can't recall the one Mom's name now but she has the wild hair and if you can look me in the eye and tell me she has any common sense then I will apologize. She is a looney toon in an adult frame. All she wants is her 15 seconds of fame as stated earlier.

She should be given 100 hours of the Orange Suit and help clean up the highways to keep her busy. Shame on her and her kid.
