Wake Up And Start Out Fast

We all do one thing every day the same way. We wake up. Maybe not all at the same time and perhaps not in the same manor but given an ability to rise and shine health wise we all do it at some point in the morning. So, with that out of the way why not start your day off with as much energy and fitness as you can.

Stretch the arms and legs slowly. Throw some warm water in your face and snap to it. In less than 30 minutes you will have your body ready to start the day. But before you take on the world lets put some healthy fuel in the tank. Each decision we make in the morning impacts our day. Like it or not.

Make sure you have a healthy plate of Fruit. We love the Acai Berry here at Planet Berry but there are many to choose from. If you are able to have them all. Check with your grocer on availability and seasonal fruits. Those are the ones you want to go with. Blueberry, Rasberry, Acai they are all so good for you. The Acai is relatively new to the western world so go slow at first and make sure your body can handle this gem of a berry. There are lots of discussions going on with respect to the incredible benefits of the Acai but also stories of allergic reaction too.
