Sarah Palin = One Quick Learner

Watching the debate last night you had to marvel in the impressive turnaround with Sarah Palin.  On the one hand you can give her a pat on the back for her knowledge transfer and ease of handling the questions by a less than Neutral facilitator.  That's a whole other discussion in itself.  Sarah Palin was poised and conducted herself with flare and dignity.  The polls that are coming out are showing the large pool of undecided voters (women) were very impressed with the GOP selection for the Vice Presidents office should the GOP win the hearts and votes of America.

Joe Biden looked shocked several times.  Although we believe he too did a credible job on the limited questions he answered.  Had we had a legitimate facilitator both candidates would have been re-directed about 90% of the time on the initial questions.  They managed her versus the other way around.  Joe's looks were probably echoed across the globe as Sarah clearly came prepared and clearly delivered.

So, what happened between last night and all prior sessions?  Sarah Palin is getting very confident and will continue to reap the benefits of continued participation in these and other venues.   Don't get us wrong, we believe Joe Biden did a fair job as well given the joke of a facilitator we had for the debate.  Next time the networks need to re-think the definition of the role and get someone who has a level of spine when the candidates attempt to derail the debate.  A child could have done this!
