Generation Me - One Unhappy Group

Well the votes are coming in and people the tabulations are not good. It appears all this feel good approach to raising our children in the 1980's and beyond may be backfiring. Generation Me is now in full swing thanks to us, the parents. We bought into this prop them up spirit and now they are the most unhappy generation of all time. Check out a search on the keywords Generation Me and see for yourself.

It is our belief that this generation(s) has been given so many helping hands (materialistic) that they don't know how to achieve or earn on their own. They have everything. Buy an iPod then eBay it and buy a new one six months later. It's easy.

We need to sit down and take stock of our child raising philosophy and get it together for future generations. Let them fall down and scim their knees. They will figure it out.

Global Warming?

Wow, so we all have heard of this one by now. So, is it true? Is Global Warming man made? Or are we just in a cycle and there isn't a thing we can do about it? What say you, Al Gore? Now, we are not Al Gore fans here but I will tip my hat to his jump starting the alternative energy investments in the Silicon Valley. This is key.

Al Gore may have misused the Global Warming topic to gain attention to a much deeper probem. Our population is rising so fast (China) that the thirst for energy will lead the world into a huge crisis and maybe even war one day. We must get off fossil fuel energy and do it now. We can do it but we must keep an eye on the Silicon Valley.

The more we push, thank you Al, the more attention and investment leverage we will see. This is the key. Im not here to debate whether or not Al Gore is right or wrong, he may be right, but what I will promote from him is Solar, Win, Water as energy alternatives.

A123Systems Inc

Anyone been to the pumps this week? If you haven't then you are lucky. It is out of control. Do you want your control back we ask? Well we have been researching alternative fuels and found a company in Boston (A123Systems)that has developed a nanotechnology process to provide battery propulsion energy!

If what Im reading is accurate, Im no expert here, then this company could one day provide us the answer to the fossil fuel addiction and put the Oil Companies into a fire sale. Yes, ECONOMICS 101 attacking the big slurping oil companies. Couldn't happen to a nice group of profit taking pirates in my opinion.
